In the US, you’d be paying $107.99 for the new annual YouTube Premium plan while a 12-month YouTube Music subscription would yours for $89.99. After January 23 prices go up to $119.99 for Premium and $99.99 for Music.
In comparison, the standard monthly YouTube Premium plan costs $11.99/month or $143.88 for the year while Music is $9.99/month or $119.99 for the whole year. These savings amount to $35.88 if you opt for a yearly Premium membership and $29.89 for YouTube Music. The offers are available for both new and current users. There is no family sharing option for now.
